The design has been improved and the edges of the LD4210 are half as wide as that of their predecessors . This not only creates a modern look , but also ensures a natural view when a video wall is built with several screens next to each other. Other improvements include : increased brightness and contrast , making images in environments with lots of light brighter and easier to read and have a higher quality.

The LD4210 offers more digital connections and easy network by adding an Ethernet port and HP Network Sign Manager software. As a result, one or more screens are being managed from a central source, and changes may be made in one location without interruptions, and be applied to a large number of DSD in the network. This is ideal for companies with a large number of the LAN connected DSD at different locations, such as stores, lobbies, offices, stations, and so on. The DSD also has a DisplayPort in and out port to improve compatibility. HP's Digital Signage Players This simplifies cabling for more than life coupled full-HD video walls.
