We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented, communicative and administratively skilled Employee Inside Sales for the Point of Sale department on short notice.

The Point of Sale department sells, among other things, touch screen cash register systems and all peripheral equipment around a checkout point such as barcode scanners, receipt printers, customer displays, cash drawers and scales, but also mobile ordering devices for waiters, fixed ordering and payment columns and digital signage. Our customers are mainly software and system houses that sell our equipment in combination with their software to the end customer. It is very important to build a good and long-lasting relationship with the customers.

Your tasks :

• Answering customer questions by phone, mail, website and giving advice.
• About the products, orders, delivery times, returns, prices etc.
• Drawing up quotations/quotes.
• Processing incoming orders.
• Maintaining the website in terms of products and prices
• Performing other administrative work and checks.

Within the department you work closely together with 2 office colleagues, 2 field colleagues and the and the Sales Manager. The total number of employees within Duranmatic is 45.

• A completed MBO education, preferably several years of work experience
