IP67 Field or panel mounting, comprehensive and robust (F series)

The F Series is your first and safest choice when mounting in the field for safe and hazardous environment applications. Especially in harsh weather conditions such as rain, snow, salty atmospheres and temperatures between -40 ° C to + 80 ° C.

Benefits:
• Rugged IP67 (NEMA Type4X) field housing. It's so robust, you can even step on it!

• Intrinsically safe available - ATEX, IECEx, FM and CSA approval for gas and dust applications.
• Programming can be done by your own staff, with the logical menu driven structure,
saves costs and irritation. Know one, know them all!

• Very diverse mounting options: wall, pipe, panel mounting or directly on the flow meter

F018 F018 Flow rate Monitor / Totaliser - with linearization, pulse, alarm and analog outputs + HART communication

The F018 is a linearization local indicator / totalizer that displays the actual flow rate, resettable total and non-resettable accumulated total. The F series is known worldwide as a series of user-friendly indicators. The F018 is even more impressive. With HART communication you can easily communicate with smart "DD enabled host" systems.

Application: Flow monitoring with accurate calculation over the full measuring range, requiring retransmission of the totalizer and monitoring of the flow function and HART communication.

F103 F103 Flow logger / Totaliser

The versatile F103 Flow Totalizer is your best choice for flow monitoring applications. The rugged construction and unique plug-and-play design make the F103 the perfect flow logger for liquid and gas flow measurements in Class I, Division 2 hazardous areas.

The display shows the flow and the totals.
A current day total and 15 historical (previous) day totals can be enabled in the settings menu to be displayed on the main display. On-screen engineering units can be easily configured from an extensive menu.
The (external) flow / data logging is optionally available and, if selected, replaces the standard totals of 15 historical (previous) days.
Each log contains the flow rate, total, accumulated total, timestamp and log number.
The log can be downloaded as a .csv file with the free software tool.

Application: The F103 is ideally suited for new installations and as a replacement for existing flow analyzers in liquid and gas flow measurement applications in Class I, Division 2 hazardous areas.

F114 F114 Ratio Monitor / Totaliser - with high / low alarms and analog outputs

The F114 flow computer calculates the actual ratio between two separate flows. It offers the possibility to set a low value and a high ratio alarm value. Special precautions are taken to allow for start-up problems and incorrect ratio values for a period of time. Based on the location of the flow meter, a selection can be made from six different formulas.

Application: Mixing or mixing of two components where continuous display, monitoring and totalization of the ratio is important. For example in construction works, roof or wall insulation, gluing and coating.

F115 F115 Bi-directional flow indicator / totalizer - with analog, pulse signal and flow direction outputs

The F115 has been developed for applications where flow direction is a problem. It is required to provide two pulse signals from the flow meter that are 90 ° or 270 ° degrees out of phase. In case of reverse flow, the flow rate is displayed as a negative value, the totalizers count down and a switching output is set. The pulse and analog outputs both reflect current directions. On-screen engineering units can be easily configured from an extensive selection.

Application: Bi-directional flow measurement applications can be found by loading and unloading ships where a bi-directional flow meter is used. Another application is the correction for backflow due to shocks in a pipeline caused by piston pumps or valve behavior.

F116 F116 Ratio Monitor / Totaliser - with high / low alarms and analog outputs

The F116 flow computer has been developed to calculate the difference / consumption or the total volume. The common problems encountered in such applications are: pulsating currents, very low consumption values, vibrations and high ambient temperatures. These are all well taken care of in the design and operation of the F116. The pulse and analog outputs reflect the calculated difference or sum value.

Application: Differential function: calculation of fuel consumption for diesel engines on board ships or locomotives. Sum function: where flows are split into two pipelines and the total flow is to be calculated.

F118 F118 Flow rate monitor / totalizer - with linearization, high / low alarm, analog and pulse outputs

The F118 is a versatile flow indicator / transmitter and totalizer with the ability to accurately linearize the flow meter signal. In addition to the average K-factor or span, ten linearization points can be entered with their frequencies or values. The unit interpolates between these points, greatly improving accuracy in any current range, even for very low frequency applications. In addition, a continuous flow monitoring function is available with high and low flow alarm values and up to three alarm outputs.

Application: Liquid flow measurement with mechanical flow meters where accurate calculation over the full measuring range and continuous flow velocity monitoring is required.

F126EG F126EG Flow computer - with temperature and pressure compensation for corrected gas volume

The F126-EG flow computer has been developed to calculate the corrected gas volume under normal conditions. The corrected volume flow is calculated by measuring the uncorrected volume flow, actual line temperature and pressure processed with the equations stored in the flow computer. A compressibility factor can be set to approximate real gas behavior. The reference conditions can be defined as desired (e.g. 15 ° C or 60 ° F and 1,013 bar).

Application: applications where grid current calculation of gases is desired under normal conditions without the influence of thermal product expansion and pressure.

F126EL F126EL Flow computer - with temperature compensation for corrected liquid volume

The F126-EL flow computer is designed to calculate the corrected fluid volume under normal conditions. The corrected volume flow is calculated by measuring the uncorrected volume flow and actual line temperature processed by the thermal expansion coefficient algorithm stored in the flow computer. The reference temperature can be defined as desired (e.g. 15 ° C, 20 ° C or 60 ° F).

Application: applications where net flow calculation of liquids is desired under normal conditions without the influence of thermal product expansion.

F127 F127 Differential flow computer - with temperature compensation for corrected liquid volume

The F127 flow computer is designed to calculate the corrected differential fluid volume under normal conditions. This is calculated by measuring the uncorrected volume flow and the actual line temperature in both the supply and return lines. These signals are processed with the thermal expansion coefficient algorithm stored in the flow computer. The reference temperature can be defined as desired (e.g. 15 ° C, 20 ° C or 60 ° F). The common problems encountered in such applications are: pulsating currents, very low consumption values, vibrations and high ambient temperatures. These are all well taken care of in the design and operation of the F127.

Application: Calculation of the net fuel consumption for diesel engines on board ships or locomotives, generators or burners, corrected for the influence of thermal product expansion
